Gmail Offline for Chrome is a fantastic fix for those who want to be able to access and respond to Gmail even when they don’t have internet access. The program is ideal for commuters who may be working without a connection while riding a bus or subway, as well as those whose signals may otherwise be unreliable. When you start the program with an internet connection, it syncs messages and queued actions. That means that you can read the messages that you received while you still had a connection and write and send responses before you have one. When you run the program with a connection, the messages that you wrote without the connection will be sent.
Once you have installed the program, you will need to open a new tab in Chrome. You will see the icon for the app. Simply click it and the program will load. The interface is easy to use and is very similar to Gmail’s table interface.
