In this instalment of the franchise, players rip up asphalt across detailed city and scenic canyon courses. In this Need for Speed Carbon demo, you can select from the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX, Chevy Camaro SS and the Lamborghini Gallardo as you and your team members take on four other Scorpion racers.
Keep in mind that while a demo, this is still a large file, and downloading Need for Speed Carbon could take some time, but it is well worth the wait. Need for Speed is a great racing series and Need for Speed Carbon continues that tradition. However, the gameplay in this instalment can be very challenging and a single mistake can cost you the race.
The high speeds and sharp turns lead to a lot of drifting, but that’s not something to be afraid of since that is how you earn points, the more you drift, the more you earn. Beating the lead car of the Scorpions can seem nearly impossible and may make you consider quitting, and to succeed you will need a lot of practice and patience; perfect for those looking for real competition, rather than an easy arcade style game.
